Itinerary and highlights
You will meet your guide at one of our approved pickup locations on the Strip. From there it is about an hour drive to our office located in the Hoover Dam Lodge and Casino. After signing waivers, grabbing any additional gear you may need, you will head to the trailhead and get fitted to your helmets and bikes. You will start your 6.5 mile, mostly downhill, journey through gorgeous rock formations and beautiful views of Lake Mead. You will end up in Lake Mead National Rec area where you will swap the bikes for kayaks and hit the lake. You will paddle around the islands at Lake Mead, take a swim and look for wildlife.

Meeting and pickup information
- The operator is located inside the Hoover Dam Lodge and Casino. Our office is located on the first floor, past the front desk and main lobby bar to the right hand side. You will enter the building through the entrance directly under the big overhang out front.
- The day before your tour you will be contacted directly by the office via text or WhatsApp with your exact pickup time, which depends on how many hotels we will be stopping at that day. The text message will also include a confirmation of your kayak choices as well as exact directions and photos to the pickup location so you can find us the morning of with ease.
