Last updated: August 30, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes the technical information practices of Las Vegas Trip Guide, an independent informational travel website operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Information this site may process
When you request a page, ordinary web infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. That data can include an Internet Protocol address, request date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, response status, and security or cache diagnostics. Hosting, caching, and security systems may retain portions of those records for operational, abuse-prevention, troubleshooting, and legal purposes.
The site does not currently present its inactive contact or newsletter areas as working submissions. Until a delivery destination and privacy controls are configured and verified, those areas do not collect a message or email address. If an interactive form is enabled later, the visible form will identify the requested fields and its current use before information is submitted.
Cookies and local storage
WordPress, security, cache, and administration features may use cookies that are necessary to authenticate authorized users, remember limited interface state, protect forms, or maintain a secure session. Public visitors should not receive nonessential analytics or advertising storage from the theme by default. A booking, map, video, chat, or other third-party feature may set its own storage when it is actually loaded or used; its provider policy governs that activity.
Affiliate and booking links
Some tour or accommodation links may be affiliate links. When you follow one, the booking provider can receive information contained in the link, such as a campaign or placement identifier, along with information normally sent by your browser. The provider may then process booking searches, availability, prices, payments, accounts, and support under its own terms and privacy policy. Las Vegas Trip Guide does not receive payment-card details from a booking provider merely because a link appears on this site.
Embedded and provider content
Tour, hotel, map, video, or other embedded content may behave like a direct visit to the provider. It may transmit a visitor’s IP address and browser information and may load provider resources. This site avoids loading optional maps and similar resources until they are needed where practical. Provider-supplied ratings, prices, review counts, photos, and availability remain provider data and may change.
WordPress comments and accounts
Public comments are not a required feature of this guide and may be closed. If comments or public accounts are enabled later, the relevant screen may process the information a visitor submits plus technical data used for moderation, authentication, and abuse prevention. Authorized administrators may have accounts and authentication records within WordPress. Do not submit sensitive personal information in an open text field.
Why information may be used
- To deliver requested pages and media.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
- To operate an explicitly requested feature or respond through a configured contact channel.
- To measure affiliate-link and provider-surface operation using the data supplied by those systems.
- To meet applicable recordkeeping, legal, or enforcement obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, content delivery, caching, security, email delivery, site management, or booking functionality. Those vendors receive only the access needed for their role under the relevant service arrangement. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Cache records may be short-lived; security and server logs may be retained longer to investigate abuse; published editorial records may remain while the site operates. No Internet service can promise absolute security. Technical controls are selected to reduce risk, and access should be limited to authorized purposes.
Choices and requests
Browser settings can limit cookies, although blocking necessary storage may affect authenticated or protected features. A booking or embedded-content provider should be contacted directly about information it controls. Where applicable law provides access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability rights, a request can be made through the configured channel on the Contact page. Identity and scope may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Children, international processing, and changes
This general-audience travel guide is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. Infrastructure and providers may process data in more than one jurisdiction, subject to their arrangements and applicable law. This policy may be updated as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
Contact
Use the Contact page for the current verified privacy channel. If that page states that delivery is not yet configured, no message should be submitted through the site until the channel is active.
