Meeting and pickup information

Pickup is available from Mandalay Bay, Tour and Travel Lobby at the Underground Beach Level. Pickup times vary. Times are subject to change based on tour availability Mon-Thu: $20 parking fee Fri-Sun: $25 parking fee NV Residents with ID can park up to 3 hours free *Special event prices may vary

For the safety of the guests, riders must pass the orientation in order to proceed with the tour.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to the next available time slot.
Helmets are required and must be worn on tour. If your hair cannot fit within it, if you cannot take your hair down, or if you cannot remove religious headwear, you will not be able to participate and NO REFUNDS will be given.
